Free Printables
Resources for Families
Each of these printables is built around a framework that researchers, therapists, and educators have been using for decades — translated into something simple enough to live on your fridge. We explain the research behind each one so you know exactly what you're working with and why it helps. No signup required; just download and print.

How Are You Feeling?
A visual emotion chart that maps 12 feelings across energy level and pleasantness — giving children a concrete language for what they're experiencing inside. Featuring Wanderly's character Rose.

Thoughts, Feelings, Behaviors
A guided worksheet that helps children (with a parent's help) break down a difficult moment into its three parts — what they were thinking, feeling, and doing. Based on the CBT cognitive triangle.
Why we made these
Wanderly stories are where children practice social-emotional skills in a safe, low-stakes way — through choices, characters, and consequences inside a story. These printables are one way to carry that into the rest of your day. A bedtime check-in. A quiet conversation after something hard. A question you might not have thought to ask otherwise.
They connect to the same principles as the app, the CASEL framework and asking children to identify their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so the language and ideas will feel familiar when you pull one of these out.
